Launching soon
Everything happens in the app
The assessment, your plan, the five things to do today, the work you send in, and what your mentor sends back. One place, on the device you already check forty times a day.
Free to start. No card.
Not in the stores yet. Tell us where to send the link and you will hear from us the day it goes live — one email, nothing else.
01 · Your first 25 minutes
By the end of one sitting, you will know what you are doing tomorrow.
You will not be dropped into a course catalogue and left to browse. The first session runs straight through from assessment to a plan, because a student who finishes onboarding without a next action does not come back.
Know Me
12 min24 questions across the five dimensions, in five short sections. Short enough to finish in one sitting, which is the whole design constraint.
Your starting point
3 minFive scores, what you are already bringing, where those strengths could lead, and the next three steps. Strengths first, deliberately.
Career Explorer
5 minTen directions ranked against how you actually like to work — then the honest reality of any of them, hard parts included.
Your goal
5 minOne ambition, split into this year and the next ninety days, then into a week you can actually see from where you are standing.
02 · Then every day
After that, it opens on today.
Not on a dashboard of eight metrics. On the five things to do, chosen for the goal you set, with a total at the top so you know what you are committing to before you start.
Stage 5
Act
Five actions. Around 55 minutes. Not a course library to get lost in.
Stage 6
Measure
Scores move on verified evidence — never on app usage.
Stage 7
Improve
A mentor reads your work, and the plan changes based on what they find.
Stage 8
Achieve
A portfolio of verified evidence — not a resume of claims.
03 · Practicalities
What you need
- A phone — iOS or Android
- An email address, for the sign-in code
- About 25 minutes to start
- Roughly 55 minutes a day after that
What you do not need
- A card — free to start
- A password — sign-in is a one-time code
- Fast internet — lessons work offline once opened
- To have decided anything yet
What we do with your answers
Your assessment answers and your reflections are yours. Mentors see only the work you choose to send in, and only for the dimension they are reviewing. If a parent is linked to your account they see progress and achievements — never your reflections, and never a counselling conversation.
